Patient records on one timeline.
A patient's profile, the tags your clinic puts on them, the forms they filled in, the consents they signed, and every visit behind them, on one screen. If the register is still on paper, Excel and CSV both come in.
- Colour-coded tags
- Excel and CSV import
- Intake forms
- Consent records
- Referral source
What a record actually holds
Start with the people already on your register.
A profile per patient
Contact details and the people to reach in an emergency, on one record that every visit, note, invoice and file hangs off.
Tags in your own words
Make the tags this clinic actually uses, give each one a colour, and put as many on a patient as they deserve. Chronic, corporate, post-op, follow up in six weeks: whatever the desk would otherwise write on a sticky note.
Filter down to the list you want
Combine tags with a referral source and a registration window to pull up exactly the group you are thinking about, including the patients nobody has tagged yet. That list is what a recall or a reminder campaign is built from.
Intake before the doctor
Chief complaints, current medications, allergies and consent signatures are collected before the consultation starts, and handed to the doctor with the record.
Consents with signatures
Consent templates are per clinic, and each signed record is stored against the patient rather than in a drawer.
Bring the register with you
Excel and CSV both work, along with the other seven spreadsheet formats a clinic's export tool happens to produce, up to ten thousand patients in one file. A workbook with several sheets is read sheet by sheet rather than refused.
You see it before we do
The file is read once to prepare the import and nothing is stored. Columns are mapped to the right fields, the rows are previewed, and a template is there to download if the clinic would rather start from ours.
The same file twice is caught
Import the identical file again and ProClinik says so, with what the first one added, before it doubles the register. Rows that could not be read come back as their own file to fix.
Where patients come from
Each patient records a referral source, so the clinic can see which channel actually brings people in.
What it does not do
- A patient login or portal of any kind
- Patients updating their own details
