Appointments and the queue.
Book, reschedule and check patients in on one calendar, then move them through the visit on one queue. The desk sees the same list the doctors do.
- Nine visit stages
- Per-doctor availability
- Walk-ins
- Branch aware

The day, from behind the desk
Put every appointment, walk-in and follow-up on one list.
Every stage on one list
Scheduled, confirmed, arrived, waiting, in consultation, billing, completed, cancelled and no show. Each stage has its own colour and its own place in the list, so the desk knows where every patient is without asking.
Availability per doctor
Each doctor keeps their own availability, and can hold different hours at different branches.
Walk-ins join the same queue
A walk-in becomes a queue entry like any other, so nobody is tracked on paper.
The queue moves from one screen
Reception moves a patient to the next stage from the queue screen, and the change lands on every other screen.
Filed to its branch
Every appointment carries the branch it belongs to, which is what makes a second location work.
What it does not do
- Patients booking their own appointments, and a patient login to do it from
- Reminders sent to patients
- A waiting-room display screen
- Wait-time estimates
