Clinical notes and prescriptions.

Write the consultation once. The chief complaint, findings, diagnosis and plan land on the record, the procedures attach to it, and the prescription prints from it.

What the doctor writes

The note, the procedures and the invoice should not be three jobs.

  • The encounter record

A required chief complaint, then clinical findings, diagnosis, treatment plan and free notes. Nothing is buried in a scanned page.

  • Draft, in progress, completed

An encounter moves through its own states and records when it was completed, so an unfinished note is visible rather than forgotten.

  • Procedures carry into billing

Procedures are recorded against the encounter from the clinic's own catalogue, and the invoice is raised from the encounter once it is closed.

  • Attribution when it matters

A visit attended by an external consultant keeps that name on the record beside the doctor's.

  • Prescriptions that print

Prescriptions are written against the encounter with dosage, frequency and instructions, and print as a patient document.

What it does not do

  • Structured SOAP fields, and versioned notes
  • Coded diagnoses
  • A drug database with interactions
  • Sending a prescription over WhatsApp
