And the rest of it
- Patient recordsTagged profiles, Excel or CSV import, consents, and the whole visit history.
- Clinical notes & prescriptionsThe encounter record, the procedures, and the prescription that goes home.
- Files & secure storagePatient files encrypted before they are written, and filed to the record they belong to.
- Multiple branchesBranches, doctors assigned to them, and records that know where they were made.
- Roles & access controlExplicit permissions per role, and one active phone per person.
- Leave managementRequests, approvals, and a record of who is out.
- Audit logsWho did what, to which record, what changed, and from where.
What it does not do today
Not a roadmap, and not a promise of a date. These are the limits a clinic should know before it moves its records across, and each feature page lists its own at the bottom.
- There is no patient login, so patients cannot book, reschedule or see their own appointments
- ProClinik does not message patients. Notifications go to staff
- A patient record belongs to one branch rather than being one register shared across them
- Reports print as a document rather than exporting to Excel
See it on your own patients.
