Second branch, same clinic.
Open the next location without starting over. Branches carry their own details, doctors keep their own hours at each one, and every record says which branch produced it.

- Doctor assignments
- Shared patients

What a second branch changes
Doctors, patients and books follow you to the next building.
Branches of their own
Each branch keeps its own address, phone and colour, and can be deactivated without losing its history.
Doctors per branch
A doctor is assigned to the branches they work at, with availability held per branch rather than assumed.
A patient belongs to their branch
A patient is registered at the branch that sees them, and the record carries that branch. We are not going to pretend that is the same as one shared register, because it is not: see the note below.
Records know their branch
Appointments, encounters, invoices and files each carry the branch that produced them, which is what keeps a multi-site clinic's books honest.
What it does not do
- One patient register shared across branches: a patient record belongs to a single branch today
